Synopsis: The Resourceful Little Consort

In a reverse harem novel, I assumed the role of a supporting character as the young concubine who had met her tragic end for her stint of seeking attention from the female lead, Emperor and manipulating the male leads, who were also her fellow concubines. Fortunately, I inherited her body right after entering the Imperial Palace, ensuring that no one formed a solid opinion of me, and hence, I prioritised staying out of trouble, paying no heed to the Concubines' prying gazes. However, I was taken aback to see them become excessively benevolent and offer me presents. Their conduct confused me, and I felt uneasy with their endearing expressions, preferring solitude in my palace instead of the fanciful fairy tale books, gleaming jewels and silk they showered me with.
