Synopsis: Hirayasumi

Hiroto Ikuta, a 29-year-old freeter, lives without any real responsibilities or romantic pursuits. He lacks a stable job and is unconcerned about what the future holds. However, his circumstances change when he inherits an older home from a kindly neighborhood woman. He invites his cousin, Natsumi, an 18-year-old studying art in Tokyo, to live with him in the house. Through their experiences, Hiroto and those around him confront the difficulties of everyday life.
